1. Services Provided

We offer professional services including:
– Book Formatting (Print & eBook)
– Book Cover Design
– Interior Layout & Custom Packages

2. Payment Policy

– We provide flexible payment options depending on the project scope.
– For large projects, we may request an advance of 10–20% after the initial sample is approved.
– Remaining payment is due before final delivery.
– Final files (including source files) are delivered only after full payment.
– Until then, preview files may contain watermarks or usage restrictions.

3. Revision Policy

– Each package includes a set number of revisions.
– However, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions within reason until you’re fully happy with the result.
– No extra charges for revisions unless the request changes the original scope significantly.

4. Refund Policy

– We provide free samples to help you decide before committing.
– If you choose not to proceed after viewing the sample, you’re eligible for a full refund.
– If the sample is approved and work has officially started, refunds will no longer be available.
– If the sample isn’t satisfactory, we will happily provide alternatives free of charge.

5. Delivery Timelines

– Estimated delivery times are listed in each package.
– Delays may occur due to late client feedback, change requests, or scope expansion.
– We strive to meet deadlines and keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Portfolio Usage

– We may showcase your completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials.
– If you wish to keep your project private, simply let us know — we fully respect your request.

7. Intellectual Property

– You retain full ownership of your content and ideas.
– Once full payment is received, you gain full rights to the final design and source files.
– We do not resell or reuse your work.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
– Issues on publishing platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark)
– Delays caused by third-party systems or external factors
– Any loss of revenue or opportunities beyond our direct responsibility

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to pause or cancel a project if:
– There is consistent lack of communication
– Terms are violated
– Abuse, threats, or misuse is reported
Partial refunds may be considered depending on project status.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies agreement to any updates.
